Warranty & Service
The STS-HIK.UZ online store does everything possible to ensure that the acquired video surveillance equipment meets international requirements. We deliver fully tested and serviceable equipment that has all the necessary certificates and documentation, and in case of malfunctions we provide warranty service.
- Warranty repairs apply only to products purchased exclusively in our online store, and with a warranty card.
- A guarantee is understood to be the elimination of malfunctions resulting from structural, factory or technical malfunctions without charging a fee, by replacing component parts.
- Free service is understood as an additional obligation to eliminate equipment defects without charging a buyer.
- The warranty card is valid only if it correctly and clearly indicates the name, model, serial number of the equipment, date of sale, a clear seal of the seller, and the signature of the buyer.
- Upon receipt of the service center, the equipment is checked for compliance with the conditions of the warranty. If the equipment does not meet these conditions, or was used in violation of the operating conditions, then the manufacturer’s warranty is void.
- The buyer is notified of the completion of the repair at the email address indicated in the warranty card or by phone.
- Replacement of defective parts in equipment and components during the warranty period does not lead to the establishment of a new warranty period or a new term for free service.
On products from the Hikvision brand - 1 year;
For goods from the HiWatch brand - 1 year;
Equipment from other brands - 3 months.
